Emma is definitely a ham for the camera as you can tell in these pictures. These were taken on July4. We went swimming while Doug went out deep sea fishing. That night we decided to stay in instead of going and watching fireworks because we weren't sure how Emma would do. Doug took her out back where some neighbors were doing some and she seemed okay. She would bury her head every once in a while. Even as they went off during the night, she never woke up (which Doug and I were thankful for). Grandma bought her a little outfit that said "All American Girl."

You have the most adorable baby girl. My mom tells me how cute she is and that she is such a good baby and it shows in these pictures. You all look so happy. Miss you lots.
