Baby BOY Ward

Here are the first pictures of our sweet, baby BOY!! We found out Thursday at our sonogram that we will be expecting a little boy to add to our family. He is measuring right on time with our due date of May 23 and everything looks healthy so far. The bad news is that when Doug went back to work afterwards he was laid off from his job of 9 years. That also meant that I was laid off too:( Please pray that God will open the right doors for us at this time. It isn't the most convenient time for this to happen but we know that we will make it through. We have this sweet baby to focus on!!

This year Emma was a Kangaroo with a little baby in her pouch. She kept the hood on for the first 2 or 3 minutes and then that was it. She was done.

Poor Birthday Girl

Poor Emma didn't even get a birthday party on her 2nd Birthday this year. I have been so sick with this pregnancy that I just didn't have the energy to put anything together. Well, one night on his way home, Doug stopped and got a small birthday cake so we could at least sing to her and let her eat some cake.

We were headed home from TX and stopped in New Orleans, LA for the night. The next day was Emma's 2nd Birthday so we decided we had to take her somewhere on her birthday and not make her ride in the car all day long. So, we decided to go to the Aquarium.
